Position: Head of Engineering

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Engineering to join our dynamic team. Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Minimum of 8 years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

- Strong knowledge of software development methodologies and best practices.

- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex software projects.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

- Experience with agile development methodologies.

- In-depth knowledge of programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python.

- Experience with cloud-based technologies and platforms.
